Epoxy Coatings

Epoxy coatings are a durable, seamless solution for garages, basements, shops and commercial spaces. We help you choose the right epoxy system based on how your space is used, then install it with professional prep for maximum adhesion and lifespan.

Great for garage floors, basements, workshops & Commercial areas
Resists oil, chemicals, stains & abrasion
Smooth or slip-resistant texture options available

Installed over concrete & wood substrates

Polyaspartic systems

Polyaspartic coatings are ideal when you want fast cure times, strong durability and a UV-stable finish. These systems are excellent for garages and commercial spaces where you want minimal downtime and a clean, high-performance topcoat.

Fast cure times for quicker return to service (ideal for busy spaces)

UV stable to help resist yellowing

High resistance to chemicals, road salt and abrasion

Often used as a premium topcoat over epoxy or flake systems

Empty, spacious room with new flooring, white walls, small windows, and recessed lighting on ceiling, likely under construction or renovation.

Urethane Systems

Urethane systems are a tough, flexible topcoat option designed for long-term wear. They perform extremely well in commercial and industrial environments and can be used to add enhanced scratch resistance and chemical durability.

Excellent wear & scratch resistance

Strong performance against chemicals & cleaning products

Added flexibility can help with long-term durability in demanding spaces

Great for shops, commercial floors & heavy-use environments

Empty room with glossy speckled gray epoxy floor, white walls, and ceiling with recessed lighting. There is a staircase with wooden steps and a white wall on the left, and a partially open door leading to a storage area.

Full & Partial flake coverage

Flake systems combine style with performance. Choose full broadcast flake for a bold, consistent finish or partial flake for a cleaner, more subtle look. Either way, you get improved traction, added durability and a floor that’s easy to maintain.

Full broadcast for maximum texture + consistent coverage

Partial flake for a simpler, lighter decorative finish

Improves slip resistance and helps hide minor imperfections

Finished with a durable topcoat

An unfinished room under construction with a concrete floor, white walls, and a curved ceiling with recessed lighting. Construction equipment is present, including a vacuum and a compressor.

Concrete Grinding & Repair

Long-lasting floors start with professional prep. We grind concrete to remove weak surface layers and create the proper profile for coating adhesion. We also repair cracks and spalling so your finished floor looks clean and performs properly.

FAQs

How long does an epoxy floor install take?

1

Most epoxy floor installations take 1–3 days, depending on the size of the space, the condition of the concrete and the coating system being installed. Some polyaspartic systems can be completed faster, while larger or more complex projects may take additional time of up to a week.

During your quote, we’ll walk you through the exact timeline so you know what to expect.

Each system has its strengths and we help you choose the right one based on how your space is used:

  • Epoxy is a durable, cost-effective base coating that provides a seamless, attractive finish.

  • Polyaspartic cures much faster and is UV stable, making it ideal for garages and projects that need quick turnaround.

  • Urethane is commonly used as a topcoat and offers excellent scratch, chemical and wear resistance. Great for high-traffic or commercial spaces.

We don’t push a one-size-fits-all solution. We recommend the system that makes the most sense for your floor.

What’s the difference between epoxy, polyaspartic, and urethane?

2

Can you coat over my existing epoxy?

3

In many cases, yes. Existing epoxy can often be recoated if it’s still well bonded to the concrete. We inspect the floor first and perform proper grinding and surface prep to ensure the new coating adheres correctly. If the existing epoxy is failing or peeling, we’ll recommend the best solution to avoid future issues.

Do you work on wood subfloors?

4

Yes — epoxy can be installed over wood substrates when properly prepared. Because wood flexes more than concrete, the system and prep process must be chosen carefully. We assess the structure and usage of the space first to make sure the coating will perform long-term.

How do I clean and maintain my new floor?

5

Epoxy and coated floors are very easy to maintain. Regular sweeping and occasional mopping with a mild cleaner is usually all that’s needed. After installation, we provide a maintenance guide so you know exactly how to care for your floor and keep it looking great for years.

Do you offer residential and commercial services?

6

Yes. We install coating systems for both residential and commercial clients, including garages, basements, shops, warehouses and other commercial spaces. Each project is evaluated individually so the system matches the level of traffic and use.
